Thanks for the clues guys. The blond is definitely Christian Owen. The Boy with him is called Jasper and the film is definitely California Gold from Junior Studio directed by Richard Morgan and distributed by RADVideo in 2000. The above clip is scene 2. I have only the first 4 scenes if anyone wants them. Christian appears again in scene 4 with a fabulous boy.

It's definitely Christian Owen, sometimes spelled Owens. If I recall correctly, this clip is from either California Gold part 1 or part 2. I'll check and see if I have it, but it might have been something I had on VHS.

I sure would like to see the complete movie also. Firstly, can anyone come up with the original title and the names of the two actors, that would be a great help and then I can search for it. I recognize the blond from somewhere. If you can help, please message me.
