Very NICE. Don't think they are Russian. But if they are, like most European men, they would almost always not be mutilated, unlike most North Americans, Jews, Muslims and many African tribes (with exceptions such as the Luo). Almost every man of Europe, Latin America, India, NE Asia, China, Japan etc is intact, thank goodness. Can't stand the sight of a circumcised prick!
