OK, I can see the right testicle, and it's fully formed but not distended. He should have a doctor look at the undistended left testicle because they go cancerous if left inside the body as you age. It's a simple day surgery to correct this, and I hope the guy we're all looking at will take the time out from jacking off on the web to see a doctor.
