That boy has some serious balls. It's weird how nobody seems to react or take much notice of him. I liked to streak at night and expose myself too in my late teens and 20's and it can be an intense rush, but you have to be careful about crossing the line from daring into dangerous and reckless. That said, if I came across something like that, I'd be tempted to whip out my dick and squirt a load all over his nakedness. :)
