Reckon it's all to do with focussing on key parts of anatomy, plus fact that washing own back thoroughly is not easiest of things. Where there are two or more under the shower, mutual back-washing invariably leads on to much more interesting antics.

Have you noticed how the guys in these shower videos never bother to wash their backs? It's as though there's nothing between their shoulders and their buttocks. Every other part - especially the penis! - gets a thorough sluicing, but that bit of the anatomy between shoulders and bum gets no attention at all. I wonder why?
