Classic scene from the 1982 porno, Carnival. I think this guy's name was Bobby, who was 18 or 19. Before he did his jerking scene, he could be seen amidst a group of people in the "carnival", which was shot in New Orleans (I think). He was really flamboyant dress wise, which shocked me once he got inside and EVERYTHING was off except for his head band, socks and Nike's.
