I'm not sure either and nothing says this video was shot in Cuba. Dereon is Cuban, but the scene could take place in Florida, for example, where a lot of Cuban people are living.
im not very sure but it seems that gay sex is legal in Cuba and always was...a rare case in the communist camp where human rights are mentioned under the sole. One can respect Fidel for that alone, but despise him for everything else
