these are marks from heroin injections that cannot be hidden in any way. This guy is extremely young, maybe just 18 years old, maybe even younger, but he's already been put on a drug needle. This is a typical mafia scenario - at first drugs are given for free, then addiction is induced and the young person becomes addicted. then he follows all the mafia's orders. Nothing here yet, but later he may be sent to commit a more heinous crime - theft, robbery or murder.... Boy is very cute and lovely but he is already lost.... sad very sad.
