They call this show THE KING IS NAKED according the famous novel by Danish writer H. Ch. Andersen The Emperor's New Clothes . (for stupid American Yankies it will say nothing because Gringos the most uneducated nation...). The dude is names as Roman. To understand the meaning of this social experiment, you have to read Anderson's tale itself... During this show, they wanted to raise the issue of people's indifference to each other... friend asks, wasn't it scary to go naked? the guy replies that it's uncomfortable only at the beginning, and then you don't feel anything anymore and there's no fear. It's hard to say in which city it was filmed (some billboards say Crimea). it seems that this video was filmed about 10 years ago... Russia is a country of the craziest people and it is difficult to understand them. No logic works here. But the dude himself is really sexy and very handsome:) ✌️✌️✌️
