It's not exactly a uniform, since the blond is wearing a collared shirt with a black tee and his dark haired pal is wearing a hoodie over a Batman tee that is largely black, but it can't be a coincidence that they are both wearing the identical shade of magenta over black. If this is the dress code for a high school, based on my own experience I'd suspect the school would frown upon the blond dude's elaborate hairstyle. To be fair, that does look like a whole lot of effort for little purpose. ....hmm? Oh, nobody else is looking at the clothes and hair? :x
