I was 16 when I did that in fresh and falling snow. This is pretty common, actually. Stupid, but common. We were a group of about 8, all but one of whom went for it in our tighty-whities, running around and rolling around in at least a foot of fresh powder in a friend's Utah backyard. Surprisingly it didn't feel very cold. The highlight was jumping on a large trampoline and watching a plane of snow hover among us every time we hit the tarp.
