@jp3236894 -- You have no clue what you're talking about! Higgins' California Summer was a HUGE HIT when it was released in 1984 -- a lot of people enjoyed it. The mostly smooth bodied young men without mustaches or beards was a refreshing rarity at the time. Also, the "William Higgins" currently producing movies in the Czech Republic is the same producer/director who was making movies in the U.S. in the '80s. He had to flee the U.S. due to tax evasion issues in the '90s, originally landing in Amsterdam and later settling in the Czech Republic. I'm guessing he's in his late '70s by now.
It's so terrible feel glad you never heard of it. I remember when his films first came out. Now there's someone in Europe claiming to be William Higgins making gay pornos but that's not possible because if he was, he'd be at least 125 years old now.
