Thank you so much for posting this! I haven't seen this wonderful film in years, and, thankfully, it was just as good as I remembered. Allen Bennett's play is one of his best, the cast (all of whom were in the original National Theatre production) would be hard to equal, and the whole thing was, again, under the perfect direction of Nicholas Hynter. Just a great movie all the way around!
