I'm not entirely sure if this counts as car sex but the reason why is kind of erotic. :P One dude is sitting bare assed naked in the driver's seat and giving head to a friend standing up in the back. After the friend blows his load, the rest of the video is devoted to getting the first guy off, with the friend helping by reaching over for a tender caress or stretching across to the front seat to give some head in return.
