Happiness can be an instant lived, a kiss received or given, an unexpected or desired caress, a lasting memory or rescued from memory, even the memory of something not lived, imagined, a kind of gift of life that is undoubtedly found, that comes without warning, that sometimes is intuited, a feeling that beauty permeabilizes within us, a sweet and intense experience... Happiness can be an illusion or something real that seduces our cells and produces serotonin... many things can produce happiness... for me happiness lies for example in sharing and communicating with a friend who makes you feel alive... that makes you live something beautiful, that makes you feel grateful...
