This guy went by "Daniel J. Rowr" on X-Tube. He did freebies, but then switched to paid amateur and direct DVD sales. He dropped off about a year ago. He actually works for the Washington State Highway Department 6 months out of the year. The signs are not stolen, but salvaged.
