This is a zoomed in version of the full shot. Not sure what this adds, or rather, I think this subtracts. The jacker is probably 18 (could be 16-19) and is talking to his younger brother who is playing a video game in front of him, just on the other side of the desk, which is all the privacy he has to jack, I believe. Of course, that's the hot point, that he is jacking there with his little brother (sounds 8-10) there who could easily catch him but....these young kids today are so fixated on their games and consoles and tablets and what not that him not looking up and seeing his older brother masturbating is very believable.
