The American Title is "For A Lost Soldier", This ending here cuts of right at the crucial ending moment. The boys assistant has "blown up" the family photo with the Soldier (the boy, now older is a Prominent Ballet Director) and she has also "blown up" the Soldiers dog tags which gives his identity. He's now able to find his long lost soldier. I wished they'd have made a sequel.
