What got me over the edge was fantasizing that I was topping him in a secret fuck while his clueless friends hung out in the next room, and having to clamp my hand over his mouth to try to muffle his hungry moans and loud pitched squeals. That, and the feel of his breath against my open palm and the vibration of his moans shuddering along my arm. >:)
