the "patient" in this scene also appears in "brad posey's screen test #21" by club1821.com where he's credited as "blair". he looks a little older in the "screen test" movie and he mentions that he had done some previous gay video work before auditioning for brad posey. this is definitely one of those earlier scenes he was talking about.
