It looks as if he's deliberately recording a video of himself, maybe to share with a friend, but not someone watching at the moment. He seems to deliberately try to avoid looking directly at the camera and when he does, he glances away awkwardly unless he's grabbing it at the end to show off his splattered load. It's nice to see that "Sexy Boy" sticker on the wall beside him is truth in advertising too. :)
