So...I have seen at least one if not two guys in porn who have a tattoo that says, "Focus On Me".       So...is that sort of an intense joke or what exactly do you all think is the point of that?    Has he lead a life where no one gives him attention and found that necessary to permanently put that message on him?    Or is it as I say and ask that it is just supposed to be some sort of intense interactive feature of him?
