The Supreme Court's decision in Obergefell, which overturned bans on same-sex marriage, also held that state laws banning adoption by same-sex couples are unconstitutional. Thus, you should have no trouble anywhere -- at least with adoption agencies that receive federal funding. Certain private agencies may not permit same-sex couples to adopt, but it's doubtful that this form of discrimination is lawful unless they are religious/faith-based adoption agencies. Still, unless you want to spend the time and money to challenge them in court, it's probably best to avoid them. I know several gay couples who've adopted kids.
You may find surrogacy considerably easier and far cheaper than adoption. It also means you are related to the children, and the laws are on your side.
so I can adopt boys in the future ?

After my older brother, Norm, married, he and his husband, Carl, moved to Seattle. They adopted twin boys, who are now 7. Last year the adopted another set of twins, a boy and a girl, who are 4 years old. They say they will raise those kids to be what they want to be. ---Gay, straight or even incestuous.-----Chad
