I don't know if it's an urban legend.  But I have heard a disturbing claim:  supposedly, everyone who has ever died, regularly drank a chemical by the name of water — and had large amounts of it found in his body after death.  This is spooky, hope it's just coincidence.
George Carlin (comedian) once said that saliva causes cancer but, only when consumed in small quantities over a long period of time.

It's not just oxygen that's dangerous, Mark Twain said that beds are the most dangerous things on earth because most people die in them. It's incontrovertible.....AVOID BEDS AND OXYGEN
