what do you think ?
I don't accept any friend request anymore i have deleted all the friends i did add for one simple reason.......If the friend has some illegal porn or something that shouldn't be there i don't want to get in trouble as well through being associated with them.
Your thoughts are welcome........
I for one agree that pedophiles are here. From time to time I get a request from one of them, even though my wall says I will not accept the request from those who post CP or allows it on their wall, Myself and and a few here I know report all kinds of pictures here. We also report the people who post it. We send this information on to the administrator Nick18. But nothing slows them down. I do have a partial list of those who post CP here.
Guilt by Association is an Empirical fallacy, but try telling the judge that when you're on trial for your life on trumped up charges because you were gullable enough to let these so called "friends" frame you. Quite frankly, just being a member of this site is practically criminal given the frequency and severity of the illegal activity going on with total contempt for the law by the way. What happened to Nick? Is he in jail? Don't worry just hire a good lawyer and you'll be okay. Send the bill to Nick.
The pedos keep multiplying on this site as of late...
I keep hoping the term 'friend' on here will have more meaning - and according to a message on a blog I placed earlier, Nick indicated that he would like to make more of GBT 'friendship', but I haven't seen anything yet.
As to illegal porn on peoples' sites, I avoid making 'friends' with those members too - just because I don't want them posting such on my wall. I do have to ask a question though that no one else seems to ask. We have a number of members on GBT that say they are under the age of 18. Why does GBT accept them? I'm sure some of them are among my 'friends', but I make a point not to post anything sexual on their walls.
I've never made a friend request--I don't post images to share on people's walls and don't chat back and forth much--usually just to comment on a blog or a PM to comment on a blog, so I see no point to make friend requests, then not interact with that member again. Most of the few friends that are on my profile page have made a request after I have commented on their blogs or blog comments, and I gladly accepted those. I usually look at the requester's profile/wall to see if it's awash in children first, but so far that hasn't been the case. Most of the members I interact with the most are not on my friends list, nor I on theirs, and I still enjoy the conversations greatly. Then there are the requests you get from members who show several thousand as friends and I assume they are just counting numbers.
