"File Upload Failed. Try again"

First appears message (on green background) after 100% completed: "Video successfully uploaded." Now many days (and many times, today 3) I have got a message as you can see in the picture: "File upload failed. Please try again." What is this meaning? Anybody else having same problems? Thanks, Jay.

It happened again BUT this time very strange thing... after 30 seconds (about) when this screen first appeared came another screen
with text on green background: "Video Successfully Uploaded". I have noticed that this happens mostly with videos between size 0,5 to 0,7 GB,
but if I know right, the maximm size limit is 0,8 GB. Still this is weird...
