Per the Urban Dictionary, an Australian kiss is similar to a French kiss, but Downunder.

I'm an Australian, live here, and I've not heard of this, heard of a Liverpool kiss though, but not seen it done other than in the movies.

Unfortunately it is the same as a Liverpool kiss, where the attacker head butts the victim with such force as to vender him unconscious.
Not much love or sex involved!
