Maybe that is the advantage of getting circumcised as a baby, there is no loss of sensitivity. The bottom foreskin is up on the shaft of the penis at all times when one is circumcised and the sensitivity is very high--that is my personal experience. I am not kidding, you blow on my penis and it quickly erects hard. I know this because I have stepped out nude in my backyard for a couple of minutes to throw out the trash, and it has been windy, and I had come back to my room with a strong hard on.
