Click on the red "upload" button that's sitting at the top-right corner of the menu bar. This will take you to the upload page. Give your video a title, categorize it then slap a few tags on it. Then click on "upload a file". Next, navigate to whichever video you want to upload and double-click it. That should start the video upload. Just be aware that there is no guarantee that it will be posted. It has to be approved by the moderators first.
