On the three kinds of freedom and what role each of them plays in the human search for an authentic way of living. The first is "freedom from" which is an important first step, to rid ourselves of the conditionings and authority figures we carry around in our heads. But unless we discover "freedom for" a creative way to express our individual uniqueness, we will not find the fulfillment that comes with participating in life.
