<p>The latest Russian initiative is to have everybody with HIV registered on a database on the bizarre grounds that "it would make it easier to fight crime"</p>
<p>This comes hard on the heels of plans to register Jews in Ukraine/Russia announced last week and goes to show that logic and common sense are sorely lacking in some parts of the World.</p>

They sure put on a FRONT at the Winter Olympics - seems like Hitler has been raised from the dead in the form of Putin......Sad now but it appears that more new horrors lie ahead. For friends and members from that area of the world - if you are gay, Jewish, old, hiv +, black or racial minority....GET OUT NOW!!!!! before it's too late. History is repeating it self......8-(

Russia seems to be going back into it's iron fist ways very quickly.
Shame, as Russia did seem to be climbing out of it repressive ways.
