I can just see it now - some bloke wins a medal, the Froggie official is putting the medal around his neck and says "Congratulations - I wish you a penis" [to get the joke - say it with a French accent] - the crowd and television audience roars with laughter; the moronic Froggie official is completely unaware of the joke.
