sometimes IE is not working but normally google chrome works well to play videos (but not to download them)...complicated!

My vids are still not working.Whats going on ?????????????.I am using Virgin Media UK.

hello.have you sorted yet why vids are not working on here,not very good.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
