I ripped my foreskin down jo'n. It bleed for not long but it definitively looks bigger than was before I pulled the foreskin back too far. ripped at the frenelum. I'm okay though. FREAKED the crap outta me at the time.
Not Literally, but you can break it even though it is no like you would a bone it's damage to the Inner workings that fill the area with blood causing the erection.
